Lauren serves as the Graduate Administrator in both the Anthropology and Political Science departments. As a former teacher she brings her passion for working with students, student advocacy and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives with her to her new role at the University of Pittsburgh. She also serves as the staff representative of the Political Science department’s DEI committee and is interested in exploring higher education policy and social justice and ethical issues in higher education. She and her husband are the proud parents of twins (plus one!) and Lauren is a Peloton devotee and half marathon runner.
