Federal Resume Writing Workshop

October 28, 2020 - 12:00pm to 1:00pm

The federal government employs over 3 million workers across the country and all over the world. During this workshop, a Human Resource Specialist from the Veterans Health Administration (VHA), will explain the federal hiring process and what a federal resume must include to be accepted on a federal job application. Information provided will apply to all federal jobs and not restricted to only VHA. You will also receive information to help navigate the only website used to apply to any federal position (USAJobs.gov) as well as the government’s unique interview process.

This workshop is being hosted by Pitt Public Health Career Services. Questions can be directed to Kim Abraham, Career Services Specialist, at kam418@pitt.edu.
