The Dietrich School’s Award for Excellence in Graduate Mentoring celebrates and honors exemplary graduate mentorship in the Dietrich School.The 2021 award committee, representing all Dietrich School divisions, appreciated and celebrates the contributions to the culture of inclusive excellence in graduate mentoring exemplified by all nominees for this year’s awards. The 2021 awardees are:
Dr. Michelle Granshaw, Associate Professor and Director of Graduate Studies, Department of Theatre Arts (tenured category) and
Dr. Rachel Bezanson, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics and Astronomy (untenured category).
On behalf also of the award committee, we extend our congratulations to Drs Granshaw and Bezanson. We are grateful to all nominees for their commitment to mentoring graduate students as well as to the nominating teams of students and faculty for their contributions to this vital process.
