It is helpful to know that most Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences graduate programs require the following materials as part of the application process. Refer to your program for specific requirements.

- Personal statement
- Three letters of recommendation
- International students: evidence of English Language Proficiency
GRE: No graduate programs in the Dietrich School admitting new students in 2020/21 require the GRE . The vast majority of our programs no longer consider GRE scores in their admissions process. Additional programs do not require GRE scores but will consider them as part of a holistic evaluation of application materials if submitted.
